Data Privacy Notice For Candidates and Employees

The processing of personal data is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998, under which the The Kellis Group (Kellis) is registered as a data controller - Registration Number: Z9145339. Any personal data you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Kellis Data Privacy Practices

* Either Kellis or third parties, such as independent auditors, may access parts of your registration information to find out about use of the website, database, accounts etc. However, any information disclosed to third parties for this purpose will be kept entirely within the Data Protection act and as such will not be used to personally identify any one person or groups.

What happens with my registration information?

* When you register with Kellis you may elect to have sent to your email address information about jobs that correspond with the information you have entered or other Kellis services. The information you provide when registering is stored on Kellis's internal system and is accessed and used by Kellis's The username and password you select will not be distributed to any Kellis staff or third parties and will be protected.


What will Kellis do with my Curriculum Vitae?

* Once Kellis has obtained your CV, Kellis will enter summaries of the information contained in your CV to create a record about you on our internal computer system. Kellis may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on Kellis's internal computer system will be information that is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process.

* Kellis will not send your CV to organisations with vacancies for which you may be appropriate other written or verbal information you have provided, but would not have any identifying information without your express consent. However, Kellis may send a profile of your skills and experience to organisations selected by Kellis. The profile would be created from your CV and about you such as your name, contact details or the names of your previous employers. Kellis understands that if you have a rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above.
